According to expected costs, registration fee was established to be 300 EUR. Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, accommodation, refreshment and food, one printed copy of the conference proceedings, one CD-ROM and expenses on associated program running within the conference. Accompanying persons can also attend this conference.

Registration fee will not be refund in the case of participant absence, but an alternate person can be send.

Please note, that any bank charges are at the sender´s expense. Payment should be made by April 30th, 2010; after this date please pay the conference fee cash (we accept only Czech Crowns) at the registration desk.

If you request VAT receipt/bill ( in case you have already paid) or an invoice, please fill it in the registration form.

Please mail/fax a copy of your bank transfer order or a photocopy of your bank cheque as a proof of the payment to Konference Center / jitka.hybnerova@upol.cz.

All persons interested in participation in the Experimental Stress Analysis 2010 conference must be registered via on-line registration form. This registration form will be accessible on the web page of the conference

Please, carefully fill in your e-mail address because the further communication will run only electronically. After the successful registration, each participant will receive an e-mail with his identification number and password. These data are necessary for uploading contributions and possible future registration information editing.

In the case of your interest in an active appearance at this conference, please upload a title and a brief abstract of your contribution electronically via online form on the web page of the conference. Abstract must not exceed 200 words. Deadline for registration and abstract submission is

January 31st, 2010

Organizers reserve the right to finish the registration before this deadline because of capacity reasons.

Notification of your contribution acceptance (or unacceptance) will be send via e-mail before

February 15th, 2010

Conference papers must be written in English in the range of 4 to 8 pages. All papers will be reviewed and then published in the conference proceedings. In addition to the printed proceedings, accepted papers will be published also on a CD-ROM. For this electronic publication additional extended version of a conference paper can be accepted (no more than 10 MB).

Templates for writing a paper will be available on the web page of the conference. Final version of the conference paper must be send solely via online form on the web page of the conference. Deadline for conference paper submission is
